We all knew that gas prices going higher and higher would affect other things. Not just the inability to save money, or the ability to go deeper into debt every single month, but we also knew that stuff like food would get pricier. This craziness is only getting worse and whats worse than the actual situation is that it seems like the powers that be don’t give a happy shit. You don’t see our government doing anything at all about this emergency, except blathering on about what they might do later on.
Later on? How much later on? Oh well we all know where we stand on this matter and it seems it is only going to get worse. And it is affecting people, in a bad way. I’ve had a good many hits to my website lately because of what I wrote about this a few posts back. People are doing google searches for phrases like, “how can I buy groceries when gas costs so much?”, “what do I do when I can’t buy gas to get to work?”, “Gas prices hurt families”, “how many people affected because of gas prices” and there are more like those. They’re sitting there looking for answers like everyone else. And not finding an ounce of help.
My oldest sent me a link last night that actually looks like it might offer some options for saving on groceries. Hell anything at all right now helps, right? Check it out and see what you think. It looks pretty good to me.
